Please ensure you choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds on items that are returned. We do offer exchanges or store credits
Sale Items
All items purchased on sale are final. We are unable to process returns or exchanges on sale products.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If you’ve changed your mind, need a different size, or would prefer a different style, we offer store credit or exchanges for unworn swimwear, as long as the following conditions are met:
- The items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- You include your order number when returning items.
- The return is shipped within 14 days of receiving the items.
If any of the above conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
Please be aware that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not cover return shipping costs or reimburse these expenses.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you’ve received an item that is faulty or damaged, please reach out to us immediately at hello@dejaswim.com. We may ask for photographic proof or other details regarding the item in question. We reserve the right to determine if the item is genuinely faulty. If it is, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a full refund, including the initial shipping fees.
Order Cancellations
Please double-check your order before submitting, including your delivery address, as we have a strict no-cancellation policy. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, including pre-orders.
