1. How do I know what size to order? 

We’ve got you covered. Check out our Size Guide for detailed sizing information. If you need more help, feel free to reach out to our team. 

2. Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We ship all over the world. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, and delivery times depend on your location. Please note that customs fees may apply to international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days within Australia, and international orders typically take 7-21 business days, depending on your location. If you need it right away think about opting for Express postage. 

4. Can I change or cancel my order? 

Once your order is placed, it’s processed quickly, and we cannot make changes or cancellations. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help. 

5. Can I return my Deja swimwear? 

We want you to love your purchase. We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have the tags still attached. For more details, check out our Returns & Exchanges page.

6. How do I care for my Deja swimwear? 

To keep your swimwear in great condition, we recommend rinsing it with cold water immediately after use. To preserve the colour and durability, avoid exposure to chlorine or bleach. After rinsing, dry your swimwear flat in the shade, and refrain from tumble drying, ironing, or wringing out excess water. For storage, fold your swimwear to prevent any marks or fabric damage from hanging.

7. What is Deja swimwear made of? 

Our swimwear is crafted from Repreve® fabric, a high-quality, eco-friendly material made from recycled plastic bottles. 85% Nylon, 15% Spandex.  

9. What should I do if I received a damaged or faulty item? 

We are sorry if you received a faulty item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right. Just send us photos of the item and your order details, and we’ll handle the rest x 

10. Do you restock sold-out items? 

We restock some of our most popular styles, but some items are limited edition. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates on restocks and new collections. 

11. Where can I buy Deja swimwear? 

Deja swimwear is available exclusively online. We’re a digital-first brand, so you can shop our entire collection right here on our website.
